Ooft Hot Pepper Sauce My wife and I make Ooft hot pepper sauce in the village hall at Smailholm. It is a premier hot sauce from and old family recipe from Trinidad. It is made from Scotch Bonnet peppers imported from Jamaica and Africa. The sauce is unique in being laid down like fine wine for over a year before bottling to develop its rich smooth flavor.
